Love it or return it
At Stoic Tarot, we know you’ll love what you buy, but if for some reason you need to return, credit or refund, you can do so within 7 days of your original purchase date.
To return something simply follow the below steps
Contact us by emailing us at support@stoictarot.com.
We will confirm the return and can help you if you have any questions. Please note that you would need to cover the shipping costs to return our products.
Please provide the following if you’d like to return your Stoic Tarot Deck
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Your Order #
- Reason of Return
- A photo and video of the product received
When returning something by post, please make sure you get a tracking number and a signature on delivery service. We cannot exchange, credit or refund until we receive the item back.
Terms of returns
Change of mind
If you change your mind for some reason and wish to send back your purchase, we will offer you a credit note or refund. In this case it is up to you to return the item/s at your cost within 7 days, and the item MUST NOT have been opened or used, be in original condition and all parts including any free gifts returned.
When posting, it is up to you to use adequate packaging to insure we receive the item/s back in good condition. Damaged goods will void the credit note or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive your item faulty or damaged, we will require a photo and video of the item.
Please note: We will need the item back before we can organize a replacement or refund.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited by the same method used at the time of purchase, if purchased through a gift card, then a credit note/voucher or exchange only will be offered.
