After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

If you ordered a tarot reading, your psychic will email you within minutes with instructions. Simply reply to that email with your questions and any requested information (such as names and dates of birth), and your psychic will begin preparing your personalized reading.

If you ordered a Stoic Tarot Deck, we’ll begin processing your order for shipment. Once it has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing typically takes 1–15 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7–45 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, typically within 1–15 business days after your purchase.

A tracking number and link will be sent to you after 1-15 business days of purchase. 

If you haven’t received your tracking link after 15 business days of purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@stoictarot.com so that we can help.

PLEASE NOTE: If your country charges any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs, you are responsible for those fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect any fees on your behalf. You are unlikely to face duty fees if you ordered only 1 deck. Only larger orders can be subject to duty fees depending on the country policies.
